    Q: Are the yoga classes suitable for beginners? A: Yes, the yoga classes are suitable for beginners. The instructor will provide modifications for those who need them.

    Q: What is Hatha yoga? A: Hatha yoga is a general term for a type of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). Hatha yoga is a gentle and accessible form of yoga suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

    Q: What is Vinyasa Yoga Flow A: A dynamic and fluid style where movements are synchronized with breath. It promotes strength, flexibility, and a continuous flow of energy.

    Q: What all do I need to practice yoga from my home for an online class? A: You will need a computer/laptop (perferable) or mobile device with internet access, a yoga mat and comfortable and stretchable clothing for easy movement.

    Q: How many classes will happen in a month? A: There will be a total of 12 online classes every month, of 1 hour each.

    Q: How many trial classes can I take and when? A: You can take a maximum of 2 trial classes as per the ongoing classes schedule. Find the link above to register for your free trial classes.

    Q: Are there any group discounts? A: Yes, you can join in a group of 3 people that you get along and avail group discounts as mentioned above. You can purchase 'Monthly Passes for ME-AMIGOS' to register your group together.

    Q: Can I cancel or transfer my registration? A: You can withdraw from the classes anytime if you wish to discontinue. However, the registration amount is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.

    Q: What if I am not able to do yoga asanas as instructed and need help and support from the trainer? A: You can let your trainer know during or after the class about your challenges and your trainer shall help you the best possible way. You cana connect with them via call or email at
